Gendarmenmarkt is one of the most beautiful squares in Berlin. The eventful past of Gendarmenmarkt dates back to the 17th century. Each historical stage has left architectural traces on Yulin Square.
Originally, the Berlin Concert Hall was opened in 1821 and used as the Royal Theater. It is considered as one of the main works of the famous architect Karl Friedrich Schinkel. The Concert hall Berlin is located at the Gendarmenmarkt in the center of the capital. The parquet-lined, two-story hall holds 1,500 visitors and is an extension of Schinkel's concert hall.
