At CONTORA Office Solutions, companies, freelancers or founders rent individually high quality offices and conference rooms – just like you would book a first class hotel room. Our offices and meeting rooms are always flexibly available: for one hour, one day, one month or long term.

Investments are eliminated, as are the risks associated with long-term leases. Further services, such as secretarial support or professional telephone services, can be booked at any time as required.

You can also rent a virtual office in a CONTORA Office Center. With an exclusive company address, telephone and all available services, but without fixed office costs.

Helmut Arend

FOUNDERS, SHAREHOLDERS AND MANAGING DIRECTORS

After a commercial apprenticeship at Siemens AG in Berlin, he began his professional career in the office center industry in 1995. During this time, he was responsible for sales and organizational areas in various companies, including the world market leader Regus.

Together with Lars Henckel, he laid the foundation stone for CONTORA Office Solutions in 2011. Their goal: to successfully position a new generation of office centers in the market in terms of location, equipment and service, analogous to the 5-star hotel industry.

At CONTORA Office Solutions he is responsible for sales, organization, finance and controlling as well as – together with Lars Henckel – for project development.

Helmut Arend is married and has three children.

Lars Henckel

FOUNDERS, SHAREHOLDERS AND MANAGING DIRECTORS

A graduate in business information technology, he founded the CONTORA Office Solutions group of companies together with Helmut Arend in 2011. The self-employed entrepreneur began his professional career in 1997 with the founding of his first Internet and advertising agency.

After a stopover at a large media company in Münsterland, he worked from 2003 to 2010 as a partner and managing director for specialists in online and search engine marketing. In 2010 he founded VANAMELAND, an online agency based in Cologne.

In March 2019, the members of the Bundesverband Business Center e.V. again elected him chairman of the board of the association, which is active beyond the borders of Germany. At CONTORA Office Solutions, he is responsible for Human Resources, Marketing and IT.

Lars Henckel is married and has one daughter.

Idea and History

WITH A PASSION FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

In mid-2011, the idea was born to establish a new line of exclusive office centres in Germany. The search for unique office properties in premium locations began with the aim of offering a comprehensive service analogous to the 5-star hotel industry.

After about one and a half years, the first CONTORA Office Solutions Center finally opened, along with the CONTORA Concierge Service, which also belongs to the CONTORA Group. The comprehensive support of the office tenants and apartment owners as well as their visitors is an ideal complement to the exclusive range offered by the group.

The special: Each CONTORA Office Solutions Center is individually designed, always unique and exclusive. It is important to us to create a comfortable working environment in which customers feel they are in good hands. Our trained service staff is always there for you. At the same time, you can expect highly professional equipment, for example to convince your business partners during video conferences.

OFFICE IN MUNICH

CONTORA Office Solutions is also represented twice in Munich. Once in the Theresienhof not far from Odeonsplatz and once again in the Palais an der Oper. OFFICE IN FRANKFURT

Our Business Center in Frankfurt is located directly in the TaunusTurm in the heart of the banking district. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view, work in the midst of the internationally renowned and highly respected financial sector and make your company well known. In Autumn 2019 CONTORA will open another Business Center in Frankfurt - in the WINX Tower, directly on the banks of the Main River.

OFFICE IN HAMBURG

Our Office Center in the Hanseatic City of Hamburg is located directly on the world-famous Rathausmarkt. The historic ensemble "Alter Wall" was completely revitalised here in its most beautiful location between the town hall, Alsterfleet and Alter Börse by mid-2019. The combination of a listed, lavishly crafted façade and modern, light-flooded architecture inside is probably unique in Germany.

OFFICE IN DUSSELDORF

The KÖ quarter in Dusseldorf is known for its high-quality shops and the lively promenades. In autumn 2019 CONTORA will be opening an exclusive business centre of unique quality here.
